Modular Rapid Installation: T-Grid employs a standardized aluminum alloy keel–blind‑plate assembly, enabling factory prefabrication and on-site assembly, thereby significantly shortening the construction schedule and minimizing on-site pollution.
High load capacity and walkable design: The system features high structural strength, capable of withstanding pedestrian loads and equipment maintenance loads, making it suitable for cleanroom areas that require frequent maintenance.
Double-layer airtight structure: A double seal is achieved through the built-in sealing strips on the blind plate and the keel groove, as well as the wing‑plate sealing strip, effectively preventing air leakage and enhancing the cleanroom class (compliant with ISO 5/6).
Strong device integration and compatibility: It can be seamlessly integrated with FFU fan filter units, cleanroom luminaires, fire sprinkler heads, smoke detectors, and other equipment, with all components precisely positioned and installed using T‑profile ceiling grid systems.
High maintainability: The blind flange can be removed and replaced independently without affecting the overall structure, facilitating subsequent equipment maintenance and system upgrades.
Corrosion-resistant and dust-free materials: Aluminum alloy profiles undergo anodizing, and the color‑steel blind plates are powder‑coated to ensure they remain rust‑free and free of flaking particles even in humid or chemically aggressive environments.
