Reverse Support Profile
Product Details
Prevent upward deformation and structural instability of the suspended ceiling caused by excessively long suspension rods, ensuring that the color‑steel panel ceiling remains flat and safe under negative wind pressure or external loads.
Resistance to Negative Wind Pressure: Under the influence of supply and exhaust air from the HVAC system or airflow in technical plenums, it prevents the suspended ceiling from being “sucked up.”
Enhance overall stability: reduce boom sway, prevent lateral displacement of the keel system, and increase structural stiffness.
Ensuring construction and operational safety: particularly in large‑space cleanrooms where high standards of flatness and safety are required.
Compliance with mandatory code requirements: According to Clause 7.1.11 of the “Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Decoration and Renovation” GB 50210-2018, when the length of a suspension rod exceeds 1,500 mm, a back support shall be provided.
If the suspension rod length exceeds 2.5 m, it is recommended to install a steel‑structure transfer floor to further distribute the loads and ensure structural safety.
