Management Course

Based on the company’s development needs and the individual development aspirations of employees at all levels, we will provide comprehensive training for the system. At the same time, taking into account the flexibility of the training program, individuals will be free to choose training courses within a certain range. To enhance the relevance of the training, we have designed the training program specifically for a design firm, focusing on integrating corporate functions into practical work to identify and resolve issues, thereby improving training effectiveness. Each year, the company will evaluate and re-screen training providers in conjunction with employee feedback on the training programs.

Technical exchange

This includes business learning and personnel exchanges. The company regularly organizes technical exchanges and discussions among relevant professionals on projects and technologies. Cleanroom HVAC Designer

Main Job Responsibilities Primarily responsible for the design and budgeting of HVAC projects, including cleanrooms, purification workshops, and central air-conditioning systems. Based on client requirements and site conditions, provide appropriate HVAC design solutions and prepare CAD drawings. Participate in project bidding, offer technical support and present design proposals, and provide ongoing technical assistance and coordination during construction. Monitor project progress, promptly address any technical issues that arise during construction, and ensure the successful completion of the project. Configure air-conditioning solutions according to client specifications; select and quote central air-conditioning equipment; produce air-conditioning drawings; and actively collaborate with the company on technological innovation and R&D initiatives to enhance the company’s technical capabilities. Job Requirements 1. Associate’s degree or higher in HVAC or a related field; proficient in AutoCAD. 2. Responsible, highly curious, proactive, and team-oriented. 3. Prior experience in HVAC projects is preferred. 4. Prior experience in cleanroom projects is preferred.
